With over 20 years of clinical experience, I treat a broad range of anxiety-related conditions using approaches tailored to each individual.
Persistent, excessive worry about everyday situations — work, health, finances, relationships. GAD is one of the most common anxiety disorders and highly treatable with the right approach.
Intense fear of social situations, judgment, or embarrassment that interferes with relationships, work, or daily functioning. Treatment helps you engage with the world on your terms.
Recurrent, unexpected panic attacks accompanied by fear of future attacks. We work to reduce the frequency and intensity of episodes and eliminate avoidance behaviors.
Excessive preoccupation with having or developing a serious illness, often despite medical reassurance. Treatment focuses on breaking the cycle of reassurance-seeking and catastrophic thinking.
Fear of failure, perfectionism, or imposter syndrome that undermines professional performance and satisfaction. We identify root beliefs and build sustainable confidence.
For clients whose anxiety intersects with spiritual questions — doubt, guilt, fear of divine judgment — I offer clinically grounded support that also honors your faith journey.
Intense, irrational fear of specific objects or situations — flying, heights, animals, medical procedures, and more. Exposure-based treatment has a strong track record of success.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder involves intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors that feel impossible to resist. I use ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), the gold-standard treatment for OCD.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers must give patients who don't have insurance, or who are not using insurance, a written estimate of the bill for medical items and services at least 1 business day before your appointment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
